The channel type vacuum sealer needs a special kind of vacuum bag, such as a channeled bag, a bag with liner (full or half-mesh) or gusseted bag. Most of the household type vacuum sealers are of this type. There are some commerical grade units that are of this type, such as Minipack Fast Vac, Mini-2010, Weston Brand Pro-2300 and WVT-455T. The advantage of this type of sealer is it doesn't need an external compressor to operate. It is very simple and compact. The only drawback is the cost of the bags.
The Minipack mini-vacuum series consists of the Fast Vac and Mini-2010. Equipped with an external suction device suitable to work both with bags and with proper stuff trays, double sealing bar, automatic or manual mode cycle, and stainless steel construction. It is easy to use and portable.
The PRO-2300 is a 16" stainless steel, 5mm seal vacuum sealer with acrylic cobalt blue see thru chamber. It is equipped with double piston vacuum pump and fan-cooled motor. Air extracting and sealing are controlled automatically in the Auto-mode.

The Retractable Nozzle type is the most versatile among the three types of vaccum sealers. Ideal for vacuum/gas flush packaging. It is applicable in the food, medical and many other industries. This type of vacuum sealer requires a compressor to operate, but some sealers are internally equipped for the convenience of the user. Sealers with sealing width from 9" to 36" and seal width of 3mm, 5mm and 10mm are available. Many options such as stainless steel, double sealing jaws, single or double retractable nozzles, analog or digital controls, pneumatic or built in air compressor are available to suit the needs of the operator.
The DZ-280/2SD is light and portable, for the light user. Ideal for solid packaging. Use regular vacuum bags and no expensive channeled bags needed. No external compressor needed.

The DZ-300/2Sa is a 12" automatic sealer. Light and portable and very easy to use. No external compressor needed. Once the sealing and congealing times are set, the operator just inserts the bag and pulls down the upper jaw. This will activates the machine to start. The upper jaw opens when cycle is completed. Use regular vacuum bags and no expensive channeled bags needed.
Value Vac, VV1600 is a 16" economical high performance, retractable Noozle vacuum sealer. Lightweight all-metal construction with a stainless steel nozzle ensuring many years of quality performance. It gives a sustained vacuum flow which increases production speed.
The Mighty Mutt MPV-18 is of light weight metal construction, powder coated, which can do the toughest vacuum packaging at the least expensive price.
The Super Mutt, is equipped with a built in compressor.
The Alpha, Custom Pak, Retractable PLC, Retractable Series II, are all heavy duty vacuum sealers. They have a high-grade stainless steel body and heavy duty anodized aluminum frame. They have dual elements-upper and lower to provide a better seal and are usable for thicker material. Pneumatic safety systems prevent the machine from locking the jaws down and harming the operator. All vacuum, gas flush, seal, and dwell functions are controlled by solid state PLC timers with a high degree of accuracy. The seal width is 6mm. The machine is equipped with two high vacuum flow rates and a retractable, stainless steel nozzle. The design facilitates the east of loading a bag onto the nozzles especially with large bags and bulky products. A vanturi vacuum pump is used so there is no moving or electrical parts for a quiet operation. This also enables the machine to handle more types of products. Operation requires an outside compressor.

The Chamber type vacuum sealer is ideal for large large scale production. Vacuum and sealing are all inside the chamber. It is the fastest among the three types of vacuum sealing. The Vacuum Chamber sealer does not need an external compressor. Some of the options are single or double sealing bar, table or floor standing, single or double chambers, analog, digital or PLC controls, and chamber sizes and shapes.
