Designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 24" wide and 15 mil thick can be sealed. The seal width ranges from 2mm to 10mm. Equipped with a electronic timer and a an electromagnet. Operates on impulse seaing, and controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Easy to operate.

For automatic operation, set the control on Auto, and the sealing bars will have a continuous up (open) and down (close) movement. The frequency of the movement can be set by the operator at his convenience. Just insert the material to be sealed when bar opens and remove when seal is done.

For manual operation, set the control knob to Manual, insert the material to be sealed between the two sealing bars. Press down the foot switch to activate the sealing bar to close. The sealing bar will be released when seal is done.

Sealers come with an electric foot switch and worktable.
